I would vote for Hillary Clinton if I could legally vote. I pick her because she has this really good idea for one of the issues I really have a problem with, crime and safety. Where you can put hidden cameras on police man to actually find out what happened in a situation. Also she wanted to invest in job training and education of the police to keep police from killing innocent people because of race or people killing officers. She also believes that we should support everyone who is actually on the innocent side. Also we should try to trust the police who had sworn to protect our area. “We’ve got to do everything possible to support our police and to support innocent Americans who have encounters with police. There is too little trust in too many places between police and the communities they are sworn to protect.” Mrs. Clinton said. She also said “Everyone in America should respect the law and be respected by the law. We need to end mass incarceration, use strategies like police body cameras to improve accountability, increase substance abuse treatment, and aim resources at criminals who pose the greatest threat. And we need to invest in education and job training—the foundations of success.”
Another issue that she enhanced on that I believe needs to change the education system. She talked about how she would give all children the education including access to high quality preschool, give them balanced out tests, and train teachers with the resources they need to teach the students. For example “As president, I'll work to ensure every child—from every ZIP code—has access to a world-class education, including access to high-quality preschool. We need to strike the right balance on testing—with fewer, fairer and better tests for elementary and secondary school students. And we must support teachers with the training and resources they need.” She also talked about making college affordable for everyone. So that students won’t have to borrow money from anyone else to pay of their student debt. “We have to make sure education is available and affordable to everyone. We need to make college affordable so that you don’t have to borrow … and pay off your (student) debt,” said Clinton.
The final issue that Hillary talk about is taxes,. She states that the wealthier classes should pay more taxes than the middle classes instead of having a lower tax rates to pay off than middle classes who have to pay more expensive tax rates. For example she says, “The wealthiest pay too little in taxes while the middle class needs more relief. I'm going to fix that. I’ll close corporate tax loopholes and make sure millionaires and billionaires can’t pay lower rates than middle-class families. And I’ll give tax relief to working families who are struggling with costs from college to health care.” She also gives an example of a company, the tax company needs to go after to pay more taxes. For example “I think we need to go after a company like Johnson Controls that is trying to avoid paying taxes after all of us bailed it out by pretending to sell itself in a so-called inversion in Europe,” Clinton said.
All three of these issues must be enhanced on and fixed to keep the country balanced. I feel as if the only one who cares about these situations is Clinton, herself which is why I would’ve voted for her. Not just because she’s a woman. Imagine if Clinton was a man and was talking about god ideas for these issues. She would probably get more votes because of her gender as a male rather than a female and maybe even win the election.
